General Shipping Questions:


Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: We partner with FedEx to ship all of our wedding welcome bags.


Q: Is there a shipping charge?

A: FedEx Ground Shipping is FREE with any order.* (Surcharge applies for shipments to HI and AK)


Q: Do you offer expedited shipping methods?

A: Absolutely! 2Day Air and Overnight Air are available for last-minute orders.


Q: How quickly do you ship the welcome bags once I place my order? A: For 2-Day and Overnight Air shipments, we process and ship your order within 24 hours. For all other orders eligible for Free FedEx Ground shipping, we consider your wedding guests’ arrival date and process your order 24-48 hours prior to shipment. Depending on your shipping zip code, your wedding welcome bags will be shipped 6-10 days prior to your wedding guests’ arrival at the hotel. We target a delivery 3-4 days prior to your guests’ arrival.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. You can input this order number on our website to track the progress of your order. Once your welcome bags have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number to track your package.


Hotel Shipping Questions


Q: Should I tell my hotel that I have ordered my wedding welcome bags to be delivered there directly?

Yes, we strongly recommend that you inform your hotel’s event planner or manager that you will be having your wedding welcome bags delivered directly to the hotel. Be sure to ask the hotel representative about the hotel’s welcome bag handling/distribution policy and any associated fees.


Q: How should I fill out the Shipping Address information if I want my welcome bags delivered directly to my guests’ hotel?

A: On the checkout page, simply click the ‘Ship to my Hotel’ box and fill out the address for the hotel. Before placing your order, ask your hotel’s event planner or manager how the package needs to be addressed to ensure it arrives to the hotel and is stored properly before your wedding guests’ arrival. An example of a proper hotel shipping address might be:

General Questions


Q: What payment forms do you accept?

A: We accept Paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).


Q: I am interested in purchasing your fully assembled welcome bags, but you do not offer some of the products that I want to include in them.

A: We understand that you may have special gifts or products you want included in your wedding welcome bags. We suggest selecting the products we carry that you do want included, and during checkout specifying your home address as the shipping address. This way, you can insert your special products in the welcome bags before delivering them to your wedding guests’ hotel.


Q: My wedding is still two months away...what happens if I place my order now?

A: This is perfectly fine! On the checkout page, select the date of your wedding guests’ arrival and we will time the processing and shipment of your order so that your welcome bags are delivered 3-4 days prior to your guests’ arrival.


Q: Will the welcome bags hold up during shipment?

A: Yes! We have developed a custom packaging system to provide maximum protection for our welcome bags during shipment to ensure they arrive in pristine condition for your wedding guests.


Q: What if the welcome bags arrive damaged?

A: We have conducted extensive package testing with FedEx packaging engineers and are very confident that your welcome bags will arrive in pristine condition. In the event you are unsatisfied, please call us immediately at 1-800-262-6448 to let us know. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we will do everything necessary to resolve the issue.


Q: How are the products secured inside the welcome bags?

A: Our welcome bags feature a Velcro tab closure underneath the flap to ensure that the products remain securely inside until the welcome bags are given to your wedding guests.


Q: How do you include the documents that I’ve uploaded in the welcome bags?

A: Once you place your order we print the document/s you uploaded on standard 8.5”x11” paper and insert a copy in each of your welcome bags.


Q: Is your website secure?

A: Yes our website is highly secure. We use a SSL Certificate with a high-grade 256-bit encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use. Furthermore, our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process.


Q: What is the difference between Welcome Bags and OOT Bags?

A: Trick question! They are one in the same! OOT Bags, or o-o-t bags, stands for Out Of Town Bags, which is simply a different name for Welcome Bags.
